Was a good win, but personally it wasn't a pretty one. Well at least the 2nd period at times wasn't pretty. We really gotta clean that up, because a top team getting 22 shots in a period will hurt in the score sheet. But all-in-all winning 2 straight games, and even more importantly winning an away game, playing 2 days straight is a massive improvement from last year. Seeing how other teams in the division are playing like Toronto, Tampa, Boston, we could actually make a push for the playoffs if we can play like this all season long.
We are now on the right track….. See how much Blashill didn't know about coaching actual NHL players…? He might develop players well – he might teach junior and minor league up and comers well …. But he had NO CLUE being an NHL coach.
