    I can’t really believe that Rick really believes Bill Derlago was in Brandon the same time Ferraro was there (he wasn’t). Ron Hextall was there though.

    Trade Horvat tomorrow for a younger defence-first centre with some offensive upside in his game. The Canucks have enough offense and won’t miss his ‘defence.’

    If the fans of this team drive Bo Horvat…A LEGITIMATELY good human being….out of town? Then that's about it for me with the Canucks, one of the assets Bo Horvat has is an ability to connect with fans based on being a legitimately good human being. (Who along with Brock, is one of only two on this team.)…..If Bo goes, my fan ship goes with him. Because the owner and majority of players are not likeable.

    New systems? What NEW systems are out there? It might sound profound to some, but it's nonsense. Can one of them describe a new system? I wonder if Sutter is applying new systems? Coaching is all about inspiring the players to go through the wall for him and the players…applying team rules to all and putting players together that compliment eachother. There nothing new under the sun. And who cares what Burke thinks, he is the most over rated jerk in the NHL. He inherited a Stanley Cup ready Team and failed everywhere else as NHL Executive, Coach and GM. How will the Pens do under his watch?

    Well the Canucks lost again. Great start to the season so how many more games until we start hearing the oh we are in a "building phase" line.

    Thanks for bringing up Hawgood!I grew up watching him, Rob Brown, Iginla, Cory Hirsch, Rechi. OMG was I ever luck to be part of Kamloops hockey throught the 80s and early 90s.
