Faits saillants prolongés des Flyers de Philadelphie aux Bruins de Boston

  1. Love when the flyers players play hot potato with the puck like they’re scared of it and just give it to the other team 😂 luckily York and our third and fourth lines looked decent. Everyone else 🤮🤮

  2. Martin Jones looks like he's in midseason form. Hopefully Carter has a bounce back year, because this is going to be tough to deal with. I know it's preseason but…..yikes.

  3. Game on TNT, I guess you could say the Bruins were Dynamite tonight…

  4. Could it be that Boston will actually have 2 solid top lines for the whole of the regular season!? I'm assuming they're going with MAR/BER/PAS and FOL/HAL/SMI? Craig Smith continues to be invaluable, slots in anywhere, great playmaker and not afraid to shoot. I actually wouldn't mind bumping Pasta down to the second line to try and bolster the scoring depth (seems like Smith can be a play maker for anyone). I'm still holding my judgement over Foligno but at least in this pre-season highlight reel he looked solid.

  5. Loved the on ice camera shots at the end of the 2nd! Felt like you were watching from the bench. More of this might be something distinctive that TNT could do to differentiate itself from other broadcasts that always shoot from the 2nd level, overhead angle.

  6. Three observations:

    1. We’ve seen enough of Trent Frederick. Hard nope.
    2. Encouraged by what we’ve seen of DeBrusk so far. Glad he was given another chance.
    3. Worried about Pasta. He’s a hot mess. I think there was one shift all night where he didn’t cough up the puck, flub a shot, or fall to the ice (or some combination of those). Missing tip ins with an open net. I know he’s just suffered a personal tragedy… but he looked like that last season in the playoffs too

  7. Wow, TNT clearly does Wayyyy more atypical camera angle shots throughout their hockey broadcasts than any other hockey broadcasters I’ve ever seen before. It kind of irritated me at first – but after a little while, I actually started to appreciate the different perspectives they’re putting out there for viewers of the game.

  8. As usual bruins 100 points and no cup… boring… 6 cups 100 years with the powerhouse teams they’ve had… boring

  9. Now Flyers fans know what it felt to have Jones in the net. May God have mercy on their souls, as Jones' clangers will not.

  10. So, why wasn't Boston's 4th goal shown in replay, but multiple Philly crossbar hits and complete misses were?….and in slow motion.
    Biased much?
