Still think he will be traded first chance Yzerman gets. Another bust and pretty sure that there are regrets that he got the one year contract from Stevie Y. Needs to play good so that there is a market for him.
Kid needs to prove himself this season. He’s very inconsistent. IMO had Yzerman been in control of the 2018 Draft Q. Hughes would have been selected over Zadina.

You're getting progressively better Z. Just filter out the stupid know-nothings, and play your game hard. Most of us fans are rooting so hard for you to flourish more than you already are (which is already a respectable NHL level).
Hopefully the kid gets a consistent opportunity.
Z your such a good player… just relax and play. You don’t need to prove anything to anyone. Have fun out there.
Many of our fans must start to realize that Z is not what he thought he could be e.i one of the best scorers ever drafted that year. Let Z be what he is, a hard working team player who has a higher ceiling in him. Z needs stability and to regain his confidence and the best way to do this as a player is to play a lot. So either give him ice time in GR or use him permanently in RW. Z is more than a warm body and right now he needs support more than ever during his career.
He's not NHL caliber. No matter how much you want to believe otherwise, it won't make it a reality.
