If Campbell’s in net this practice is meaningless. Sabres have already won.
Last time I got trolled by a bunch of would be oiler fans, for saying this, but the oiler practices need to start moving at game speed tempo. Fast starts only come when there is a mental readiness to play at a certain tempo. This clearly failed during the preseason, but hopefully now we will see everything come together for a good final homestand push, because every team is going to want to kill us in the first period.

Some of those drills looks like half speed, going through the motions which I get. Can’t be full speed every minute of every practice. Do they practice with more people “In the way”? I saw the drill where everyone was in the circle, but I think it would be cool if some of the players that were next stand literally in the way of the skating lanes. Or right at the blue line to make the attacking players have to make a decision which way to go. Let’s get a good start tomorrow against Buffalo!!! Cheering from Ontario!
