0-4… Could we just try Rathbone just to change things up at this point? He’s about the only big change we can make
Amazingly, that was actually the Canucks’ worst game of the season in terms of actually who had the better of the play. The Jackets had over 65% of the expected goals. That’s a bloodbath… They DESERVED to lose.
The sad thing is- it’s too early for apathy. It’s fucking October and we look forward to the start of the season every year. This is unfuckingbelievable.
What are we doing scratching guy like Garland? He wasn’t even the biggest of our problems and is better than a few forwards on our roster. Make a trade for a much needed defensemen or pick at this point ffs

My disappointment is immeasurable and my day is ruined
Horvat & Petey were good. Time to trade one of our forwards for a legit top 4 defenseman. We have replaced Markstrom with Demko. We eventually replaced Toffoli with Kuzmenko. Burroughs is slowly becoming this year’s Stecher. However, we have never replaced Chris Tanev…. We need a Tanev on this team badly. If we have a RHD his calibre we would have atleast been 2-2 record

Some really confusing coaching decisions with scratching Garland and splitting up Pettersson and Kuzmenko. Poolman leaving the game yesterday and then playing today, and Myers recovering way ahead of schedule is also super fishy. Given the smoke that we were looking at other coaching options this summer, curious to see how long Boudreau keeps his job if this continues.

It’s fine. We got a point on a back to back night with a back up. In a vacuum, this is okay. It’s an improvement but yes I know it sucks if we look at the 4 games so far.

The OEL/garland trade and the Miller extension were two of the biggest, most delusional mistakes this team could’ve made
I’m sure Canucks fans will have reasonable and rational takes after this game.
At this point I can’t help but laugh.
I just hope we don’t have a repeat of last year. I hope they either get their shit together by the end of the month, or stay low in the standings until the end of the season. Ideally the first one, but I don’t expect it.
