    Omg this was great! Cool as a fan to know how much of an impact he's had on this team as a coach and as a friend. As a fan of this team the amount of respect and admiration I have for Barry Trotz is unprecedented. I'm the most excited I've ever been as a fan and it has a lot to do with his superb leadership.

    I never realized how important good coaching was in hockey until Barry Trotz took over the Isles. They never miss a shift, always grinding.
