More of an Eichel type play, a lot like his goal against Tampa. Turns out they have a lot of similarities: deceptive speed with powerful strides, great hands and a cannon shot.
Tage stepped up big time to fill those shoes and is a much better fit personality-wise. Saw glimpses of it when they were both on the team (I think Tage picked up a lot from Jack, skating wise especially) but worried he’d never put it all together. Proved me wrong and couldn’t be happier for him and the team
I'm pretty sure that's what a lot of NHL players cna od, not just McDavid. If you really want to impersonate, do that goal celebration he always does when he scores lol.
