It is simply incredible how much data we have and how much easier it is to learn the game and follow the analytics. I’m not from NJ and I grew up watching Devils highlights (always a short package), a few regular season games on TV against Canadian teams, and then the playoffs. It’s awesome.
Also, Nico is good.

*This* is why analytics are so important. Tracking stats across full games/seasons gives us so much more insight into what is working and what isn’t than just relying on the « eye test. »
