Tortorella is the best coach we've had in a long time. Exactly what this franchise needed, a kick in the teeth to wake them up. Still years away because of significant lack of high end talent but it finally feels there is some positive direction happening.

It’s a mirage as the Flyers will come back to .500 as the season progresses. Tortorella will keep on the playoff bubble as that’s what they’ve been for a decade: Mediocre.
I don't want them to be bad, when they shoot I want it to go in the net. But without drafting high end talent, I can only envision another decade much like the previous one.
