Honestly it feels good to get a win like this against Florida. Also fuck Matthew, dude came to Florida with a chip on his shoulder against Tampa for no reason. Point owns Bob. Vasy is GOD, and Stamkos is the best Captain in the League.

Pointer proves he’s Mr. Clutch again. Hope Tkachuk gets suspended if not a hefty fine for what he did at the end there. Hopefully this jumpstarts the season after how anemic we looked to start!
Bolt’s definitely looked a lot better in this second half of the game. Still have some issues putting the puck in the net, but we had solid chances. As always point owns bob and the panthers. Fuck Florida and especially Tkacunt

After squandering those PP chances towards the end of the game I was pretty sure Florida would just pull an OT goal out of nowhere and send us to yet another loss.
A lot of work needs to be done but hopefully as the games progress, the lines gel more and the newcomers continue to gain more confidence. Really been impressed with Perbix in his limited sample size up in the NHL in particular, would be quite something if he displaced Foote in the lineup on a regular basis.
No one has mentioned our father stammer and this fucking heater of a streak he’s on. Have yet to see any posts in r/nhl so sad. Let’s fucking rocket this man to 1000 points and 500 goals. He’s got the fire in him this year. Every shift he’s out there giving it his all. Hands down best player on the team. O captain my captain 🫡
