Not much to like about this one. I thought having Maurice behind the bench we would get special teams down but it’s just as bad as it’s ever been. Who’s the blame even on?

Still got a point and sitting 2-3rd in the Atlantic while TB sits under the Senators in last….I’ll take it. Obviously still need to fix the PP but plenty of hockey left.

We never learn do we. You cannot fail to cash in opportunities against the Lightning. They are to opportunistic and too good at making the most out of theirs to not capitalize.
Once again our power play is useless. We had 5 chances and could not net one. We are scoreless for our last 12 on the power play. Just not going to cut it if this team wants to make any sort of noise in the playoffs.
Why can’t we figure out the power play? It’s the biggest down fall of this team. Last year and this year. One of the most frustrating things

Tkachuk is an animal. He is not afraid of Tampa. He sent a message. Sure we lost this one, but Tampa is gonna think twice about being around the boards when Tkachuk is on the ice.
Well I had a gut feeling that Tampa wouldn’t just take 1-4. I think we killed ourselves again. 1 PPG and this is a W. I’m tired of the PP being dogwater.

There’s just some days when I feel like this franchise is never going to solve the Lightning. It’s always something man. Not even sure what to say about the power play at this point. It’s not even enough to say it’s “bad”. We look panicked when we are on it. Like we can’t even cleanly pass it around and get set up ever. Meanwhile Tampa just dumps it in and gets set up at will. New system, I know, but like someone else previously said, this PP has been shit since Mike Hoffman left
