@Canucks de Vancouver

Attaquants des Canucks – xGF/60 contre xGA/60 – Miller, Boeser, Horvat, Pearson avec des chiffres horribles. Encore une fois, les arguments pour que Podkolzin obtienne plus de temps de jeu continuent d’être solides.

  1. Horrible is a strong word here. Horvat, Boeser and Pearson have been subpar but Miller is the only one there that is « horrible »

    Horvat started the first two games bad, but has really picked it up in my opinion. Obviously he is scoring goals but he just looks more dangerous out there.

    People on this sub are hating on Pearson but besides the last game (he had a bad game) he has been flying. The fastest we have seen Pearson and it’s unfortunate he hasn’t been awarded with a few goals. I think Pearson has played very well so far this year.

    Miller and boeser have been so frustrating to watch. Boeser is a smart player who plays positionally really well, but my god he is slow and doesn’t have any tenacity. If boeser played like Pettersson I think he would break out. I just mean use his feet, skate hard and hit things.

    Miller has been the biggest disappointment but everyone knows this. It pisses me off hearing him talk about things fans want to hear, then watch him glide off to the bench with his stick over his shoulder while the other team breaks out.

    Kuzy has been a pleasant surprise. I have noticed him break up several plays on the back check. But his offensive patience and creativity has been fantastic. He should have a few more assists if his teammates finished grade A chances.

    I also wish he would shoot more, he has an absolute fucking bullet

    I expected the team was going to save softer offensive deployments for Pettersson/Kuzmenko and give Miller/Horvat the matchup minutes, but I’m pretty sure at this point it’s evident that Miller should be the one getting offensive shelter.
