JT is really showing how great of a leader he is, he has been amazing so far this season. Samsonov is not only showing how good of a starter he is, but how much of a great goalie he is in general. Leafs have been getting their rhythm back and they're showing it. Good job leafs.

Whenever a leaf player makes me start to hate them, they reel me back in. Almost don't want ZAR, NAK and Murray back in. Other than Jarnkrok and Samsonov we already had the personal. I don't think Muzzin is done, but he can't play with Holl anymore. Holl and Sandin looked good together. When Liljegren is back he could play with Giordano or Muzzin. Samsonov is looking like a starter and Kallgren could be a good back up. Then you could put Rielly-Brodie as the first pair.
you can see the difference in the whole team when you have simmer and cliff up everyone plays more physical and having them there to back them up makes it sm better

Last year Tavares was slow to score and Mathews was on fire; now Tavares is scoring at a terrific pace and Auston is struggling. Great plays by Mathews mind you.
I wonder if Auston is thinking that since it has been 6 years straight, that him and his team have not made it by the first round if he is thinking too much of the playoffs, and not how many goals he is going to score this season.
