OK rebuild but do you honestly think these Media types wouldn't want to tear it down at the first chance they get for talking points, make salaries and sell Ads.
Van Media is part of the problem long term.

The team is fundamentally and psychologically flawed and damaged. This is an ownership and management problem. Period. It will be solved with ownership and managements decisions.
