  1. I like the changes…we need 3 lines scoring to go far this year….keeping Malgin, Robertson in the lineup is smart….more speed, hunger….earn it or sit….its about time…good move coach….now give it time to gel, please….win or learn….easy stuff…..GO LEAFS GO

  2. I think the changes are good. Shake things up ✅. Matthews NEEDS to get going!!!

  3. Kerfoot seems to be flying on the ice this year, he's made some pretty good needle threading passes for assists and his goal this year came as a tap in at the side of the net, which is exactly what toronto has wanted bunting to do. If all kerfoot needs to do is dig pucks out of corner making good passes and be near net to get rebounds then kerfoot will be great. Honestly he passes a bit better than bunting and has a better forechecking and defensive skills than bunting, and in terms of size its not like bunting is bigger or smaller than bunting I think he will overall perform better and will allow marner and matthews to play a little more freely.

Let's hope Sheldon utilizes that fourth line well, in my eyes I'd stop seeing that fourth line as a fourth line, use it as a second third line, and a good defensive match ups. Don't just use that line as a way to get other guys rest…. say kampf line comes out on second shift, they defend the second line, then maybe the second line gets the other teams third line instead of the second one. Use it as a line disuptor and to give your top lines mismatched opportunities.

  4. How are people STILL liking this team? What do they have to do for the fans to start letting them know they are not happy! This Toronto fans base is the reason the Leafs are happy with losing! Start booing and tossing the CRAP uniforms on the ice again, this group is an embarrassment to the city.

  5. Wow all these comments on how great Kerfoot is doing, the guy is on pace for 27 points this year. Tavares the leading point getter is a -1 and Nylander is even. Doesn't matter if your line put up 100 goals if you're on the ice for a 110 against. Kampf should be the 3rd line center where he excelled last year. See the leafs let their best bottom 6 puck carrying forward walk. Mikheyev with Kampf as the shutdown line was amazing last year.

  6. I don't get it. The season things kind of "came together" it was Mathews/ Nylander, Marner/ Tavares?
