Apart from the standard pass to Caufield for a shot,on the pp, the Habs tried several times for a quick deflection right in front of the net a couple of times. It didn't work, but it looked like a new thing they wanted to try (other than the usual).
The leafs are going to need a d-man. How much would Savard be worth to them? He is a two time cup winner, and is showing himself to be a very steady stay at home d-man.
I can even see them trying a bid for Allen, with his very favourable contract.
For my top 90s line I'd stick with Jagr and Lemieux but I'd swap Gretzky with Sakic and the defence would have to be Niedermayer and Stevens. Simply cause those were the guys I watched most as a kid. And have to say I was surprised by the Pokemon knowledge on display 😳

Got to admit , promoting Hoffman on the first line really made my scratch my head . Josh Anderson is really bringing out the best out of Gallagher and Dvorak. That's proving to be a solid line.
