Sharks lost, but at least I got a cool lunch box out of it
Sharks stars of the game vs TB: Erik Karlsson (5) scored w/a wrist shot from between the face off circles 1:22 1st. Nico Sturm (5) 5:36 2nd. Erik Karlsson (6) scored his 2nd goal through traffic on the PP 4:34 (PPG) 3rd. James Reimer 22 saves – 26 shots and .846 SV%.
SJS weren't afraid of losing but they did which it hurts and they're disappointed. Erik Karlsson thinks one of the problems here lately has been that they've been a little bit too afraid to make mistakes and win games. In Order to win games in NHL, they're gonna have to take some risks. Overtime , they're gonna have to learn those risks are whether or not appropriate to take. Erik Karlsson's a special player, very important to SJS, a leader, especially in the way he plays, that's what SJS need and they expect nothing less.
David Quinn thinks SJS is going in the right direction, but they gotta win hockey games at the end of the day and unfortunately SJS not quite there yet.
