   I remember being outside my house in whitehorn, when my drunken step father stumbled out of the house screaming that we won the cup. I definitely got caught up in that moment, and it carried over to a lifelong fandom. Next Christmas I got a AM radio and listened to Calgary Flames Radio.

   This game was amazing too, good memories!

   Was born into it. My dad jumped on the wagon in 89 when I was two. Always just stuck with them.

   Wow exact same for me! I loved hockey as a kid but there aren’t any NHL teams close to me. My parents brought that game home for me (it was heavily discounted due to the lockout I believe) and I didn’t know any of the teams. Sounds childish but because my name starts with C my little 6 year old brain fell in love with the team that has a C on their shirts. Learned all the players and strategy through those games and been a lifelong fan ever since.
