really good article with a stats focus on why tuning out the negativity, noise and yes, shambles is the right path.
a breath of fresh air amongst all the negativity that surrounds what’s essentially a historically poor shooting percentage lull.
This is a terrible article article filled with excuses and a lot of the statistics are incorrect.
I’m not saying extreme changes are needed but this article didn’t really make good points not to.
For example:
> Oh, and David Kampf has 3 5v5 goals. Matthews, Tavares, Nylander and Robertson combine for two.
Matthew has 1. Nylander has 2. Robertson has 2. That’s a combination of 5.
If he meant more then each of them than you’d have to mention everyone cause he leads the team.
> They have been forced to play Eric Kallgren three times.
That won’t change. Murray and Woll are held together with bandaids.
Etc…the article comes off more whiny and hopeful than it does statistically based and logical.
