    I'm in total agreement with you Jake! I do agree in the concept of no trade for a trade's sake, but we have real needs that can be addressed by a strong, aggressive trade.

    It’s a long season (and it just started) you don’t want to start trading players early unless the Jets are getting good value back. I agree at some point they need to start inserting younger players onto the roster.

    I think the Jets are waiting to see how injury prone the back end will be this year before they start shipping out defensemen. Samberg has already been hurt twice in his young career. Injuries on the blueline has been an issue in past seasons. That may be a factor as to why they are hesitant to trade this early in the season
