What a letdown.
It sucks so bad to be missing half our team due to injuries
Ovi sucked on defense in overtime. Happy to get a point though against a tough Vegas.
Another tough loss. These injuries are getting out of hand
That’s just bad man. Ovechkin lazy as hell all game and the team followed suit after goal number 2
Ovi is rough defensively on 3v3.
Pretty pleased with how we played overall. We’re really depleted and got more so during the game and Vegas has been red hot
This team would REALLY be in the Bedard sweepstakes if it wasn’t for Kuemper and Lindgren. Not the worst team I’ve seen in the Ovechkin era, but they’re not good.
When we are only up 1 goal I have absolutely no confidence we will hold the lead with short time left. Injuries suck but let’s not act like this team doesn’t do shit like this when they’re healthy.
I can’t say I’m upset about the performances we’ve had in the past two. Good effort by the guys, just not enough offense when we really need it, against two of the best teams in the NHL.
We need someone to come back soon to just help the offense. Carlson for his faults can be one of those guys.

back to back OT/SO losses. ill take the points but we cant be leaving them on the table.
Chuck played great. defense was okay during the third, but we had nothing going on in overtime. cant win a game if the offense disappears after the second intermission.

Figured we’d lose when I saw we were wearing our thirds and on a back-to-back AND playing against the red-hot golden knights so I’m actually not that upset. Lindgren was great. Just a bummer that Hathaway goal was a smidge too late.
Ovi looking gentle out there, swear he’s trying to not get injured and taking it down a few gears
Man I though these line combos were the best all year. I though Protas-Eller-Snively actually made the 3rd line useful!

Aside from the injuries being a root cause of what’s going on, there’s definitely consistency issues at times where we just let off the gas. Either a conditioning issue, or lack of leadership with the coaching staff. Ntm some players not willing to show up.
Did the broadcast talk at all about an Ovi injury after his big hit in the first? He skated back kind of slowly and pulled his shirt up like something happened. Then spent a decent bit of time on the bench.
We were coming of a back to back OT game against the best team in the West. I’m happy with a point.
