Holy shit what an insane game. Some sloppiness made it way closer than it should have been but some absolutely bonkers plays today. Good shit to end on a win.

We absolutely did not deserve that win but fuck it i’ll take it.
This game definitely tells 2 stories between the stats and the eye test. Outshot them by a lot, yet the Bolts continue to turn the puck over which leads to goals for the opposition. You know, Cooper has to start taking minutes away from some of our players if this keeps happening and happening again.
But, hey, got the W. Good teams find ways to win.

Kuch owed us that GW. I know people have heavily said this is how kuch plays the beginning of the season. But that was a BAD giveaway to Joseph. Someone as elite as him should not be making this awful passes and turnovers. Shouldn’t matter where in the season it is. Hope Coop has a big talk with him. Also Vasy is gunna get a huge hit in his Save % 3 Goals in 15 shots is rough.
Overall passing needs to be better, we had some amazing chances and Forsberg kept the game close.
That was some bullshit hockey. That game was something from the twilight zone. It was like someone from Hollywood scripted that game, so much exaggerated drama.
Wasn’t expecting us to win with this entire mess! but I’m surprised we did, honestly thought Forsberg was going to go god mod as usual and shut us down
On one hand I am happy with the comeback and holding Ottawa to only 15 shots. On the other hand this team has turned into prime Jameis and if I see one more turnover end up in the back of the net I’m going to have an aneurism

That was an unlucky game. The first period was full of post doinks and almost goals. The second period was just horrible. Giving up a 3 on 5 shorty was just bad damn embarrassing. I can’t believe they won this game.
