Fuuuuuuck that would’ve been a nice one to pluck away from the canes. Did anyone else just start laughing seeing perry attempt to score a shootout goal? Knew he wasn’t scoring the second I saw him out there god what a shitty attempt.
Can we get some good passes and less turnovers please. That’s what’s absolutely killing us
All things considered doing ok with no heddy, no cirelli, no bogo etc. oh and fuck martinook now lol
We got 3 points from two games we deserved zero. And that doesn’t make me happy.
We’re missing players but we need to clean our game up.
That was a legendary performance by Vasy. It’s a testament to how poorly we’re playing right now that we still lost.

After Stamkos, Point, and Kuch failed to score it was pretty much over sadly. Still a good game to watch, sans the shorty. Martinook definitely should’ve been tossed, spearing is supposed to be an automatic major. Also a fan of the jerseys, they’re fun.
Vassy deserves better. Giving up short handed goals when you have the lead can’t happen.

We need to score first in the game. Ever since last year majority of the teams have scored first within the first 10 minutes.
Too many turnovers, this is probably the worst I have seen this team turnover the puck.
If we are in a lead we need to keep it and score an insurance goal
Bonus: If our top players can’t score in a shootout, why are they going and wasting those spots. Stammer and Kuch never seem to score anymore in shootouts.
Dude Perbix is amazing. I expect Foote to be sent down when Heddy gets back
i’m curious if perbix is going to steal foote’s spot. if he is, we might see a foote trade similar to the raddysh+katchouk trade where those guys really weren’t doing much to force their way into the rotation
although foote was coming on strong at the end of last season, it doesn’t really bode well for him for a guy like perbix to swoop in like he has. remember how guys like cernak, cirelli, point so easily made the team AND earned significant responsibility whereas raddysh, katchouk, foote sort of ended up on the pro team by default
Next 2 games opponent is playing back to back nights and coming in from out of state. Buffalo is coming from Carolina and Edmonton is coming from DC. Finally some scheduling that helps us
That sucked but I have to say, I loved seeing those jerseys in action. I think I’m going to get a Vasy one since he rocked it in its debut.

Holy shit, I didn’t get a chance to see the entire game… most of the portions I saw we looked pretty solid forechecking and passing. I guess I just saw the good stuff, but geez 51 shots in 3 periods! Trust in the boys and getting heddy + cirelli + bogo back, at least we’ve been settling into the season better the last 7 games
If we lose a game, fine, we aren’t going undefeated but losing by giving up short handed goals when you are trying to close out a game in the third is atrocious. We used to do things that were record breaking or things that were highlights In stats and plays. Now we do things that are considered really bad hockey’s teams exhibit. I’m a little concerned about our play.
That short-handed goal killed the Bolts’ offense. Maybe try not allowing them. *smh*
Did anyone see the retro hats the guys were wearing in the locker room? If anyone did and know where to find them let me know! That said, I hope we play better Saturday cause that was some dog-doo. They said there were 93 attempts at goal, Vassy needs help and there is no mac truck in sight..
Tough loss, but Carolina no doubt got a LOT of help with that one. It’s a shame to waste such a classic Vasy performance though.
