I didnt watch the game but it looks like Karlsson is carrying the team as he has all year. Meier might be starting to get going which is good as guess. I'm not entirely sure if this is accurate but I read somewhere that the sharks have gotten more total goals from their defenseman than they have from their forward core, if that is true that is really embarrassing

I give Karl he is at least making the Sharks watchable but I would tell him how would you like to play for the playoff buff sabres?
They have the cap room to eat his whole contract and if they offered any draft pick from any round I would take it. The Sharks getting 11.5 in cap room would really help the rebuild and he would go to a much better team.
Even if Karl wanted to be traded his cap hit is so high that would be hard but now he is playing well enough some playoff team might go for it if the Sharks paid some of the cap or took back a bad contract that ends sooner.
I give Karl that he is paid so well he could just collect his money and not even try but he obviously cares about his own performance and never quit on himself or the team.
This is Karl and the Sharks best chance to move him to a winning team though where both side can benefit.
