if you get espn+ and a smart DNS you can stream almost all their games legally. Also, you can try: onhockey.tv, sportsurge.net, or NHL66 (need a VPN or to load it in TOR) and if you have an android or Amazon streaming device, you can install Kodi and then add a sports [streaming addon](https://www.wirelesshack.org/top-sports-addons-for-kodi.html) like sports HD.

Why do you need 7 services?
I « need » 2 to be able to watch every game. But I don’t live in market.

I know it’s probably super annoying if you live in market, but as someone out of market, espn+ is cheaper annually than NHL game center was for the exact same product and I don’t have to worry about the espn exclusives. I have cable also so I get tnt and when they play the Caps (my local market). I think there’s maybe 1-2 games a year I don’t get on NHL network.
