Slakovsky Suspended? Well, he's a true NHLer now ,eh? Zaitsev and Reilly on Waivers not surprising to me–Bruins trying to make room for a McAvoy return, and Zaitsev is just done IMHO–Senators need improvement on the blueline to advance to the next level of competition and be playoff contenders. Praying Evander Kane is OK, that was a scary injury. Oilers really hurt by this injury news for sure. Things are going horribly for the Blues so far but I have faith they will rebound and have a respectable season–been a Blues fan from the very start(1967) and I will always be optimistic about the Blues' season – Finally,-the Mitchell Miller fiasco has me really pissed off as a black man, lifelong hockey fan and former player who endured racial slurs and abuse back in the '70's–based on what we all know now, I don't feel this person will ever change and doesn't deserve the privilege of playing professional hockey IMHO, my final words on this horrible, horrible situation. Since Alex Formenton does not have contract resolved might he be involved in Trade along with Zaitsev or other Sens ?
The Sens d core is not good right now.I mentioned to move Hamonic and they were up in arms.When will they learn?The problem is they need Brady to punch out some of the people that surround the team and make horrible suggestions.
If I was Ottawa I would look at trading Josh Norris for Bo Horvat.Vancouver just signed JT Miller to a lengthy contract.
Bo Horvat is a very good player and captain,if Vancouver can keep him then sign him.Otherwise Norris needs surgery.They are saying,not,but I dont think so,I think he will need it.That means LTIR and a huge cap saving then look at maybe OEL or Meyers.A suggestion,it depends on what direction Vancouver is going

Hard to see who on the Canucks the Sens would have an interest in. The Canuck's D core is not all that great. The Habs have David Savard to provide some stability, hockey IQ, and experience. Maybe Sens thinking that way, who knows…
You say they wont move Bear but imo if they keep giving him big minutes and he does well then thats a nice asset. Right handed D with a low cap hit. They're worth their weight in gold.
Mitchell's parents taught their kids probably to hate racially and bully others. It is first taught at home and further learned from society. His parents are definitely not innocent. That was how he was raised, unfortunately. This kid shall play in Siberia.

My best friend was Bullied and committed Suicide at 16. Its horrible and the 2 Bullys had no remorse. This Bully has no remorse its clear. Bruins Shame on you . Bettman handled it well. Bergeron and Marchand showed there Class good on them. Miller will end up in Russia like Virtanen last year.

I was bullied growing up. But growing up in the 90s you could resolve the bullying because back then the schools didn’t give both students the same suspension. Today if I was being bullied and I stepped up and dealt with it I would get twice the suspension as the bully. That is why we have such a hard time with bullying today. When victim fights back they get punished for it. Yet anyone who has stood up to a bully and stood up for themselves learned the bully would go away. Especially after the bully got a broken nose and black eye. This should be the last restore however you cannot always deal with bully’s in a nice way. They need to be flat on their back before they learn. I know dealt with it my whole childhood and when I started standing up for myself in high school things changed

Hamonic, Holden and Zaitsev are not NHL players. Maybe Hamonic in 6-7 roll. More alarming…Thomas Chabot has been an absolute tire fire this year. He is not a top paring defenceman in any category. Sanderson is the best defenceman on the team after 12 games. JBD and Thomson should absolutely be on the blue line getting valuable Nhl minutes but DJ Smith is incompetent as a coach. Pierre Dorion is incompetent as a GM. How he hasn’t fired DJ already is beyond me. He did good signing some core players but has failed to address the defence issue ever! The senators need to clean house with management and get an experienced coach and GM. If they do that they can turn this around on a dime. If not it will be more of the same and they’ll be out of the playoff picture before the end of November like every year, pretty much are now🤦♂️Hellberg Will get snatched up by Toronto, lol
Are we seriously talking about what kids did at 14 years of age and still judging them on it? Jesus societies so pathetic and people just love to virtue signal and moral grandstand. everyone got bullied at some point or another, not all of us are professional victims though. This Mitchell Kid seems to have had his life destroyed and slandered repeatedly, character assassination in the news media and it’s still not enough for the Puritans even after constant apologies. Everyone deserves a second chance… Especially for things he did as a child. I really can’t stand hypocritical virtue signalling Puritans who can forgive or forget a child’s disgusting behaviour.
