  1. Cool interview, I appreciate Shawn saying that even the big names will have to earn their spot. He reminds me alot of Yzerman in that way. LGRW🏒🤘🐙

  2. Very excited about the future of the blueline in particular. Be interesting to see how many of them can play themselves onto the roster out of camp.

  3. Got into a heated argument with a Canucks jiffy this week. He says Makar is generational and Seider is only franchise.

Okay, so explain why Seider has almost as many hits and blocks as Makar in 96 less games (about a season less).

For the numbers if Seider keeps on this pace for 2022-23 and 2023-24 he will have over 450 hits and 480 blocks in 3 years.

Yet only had 34 PIM @ over 23;00 minutes per game……and racked up 50 points in 82 games.

This is insane for a 21 year old. Freakin crazy almost.

    GENERATIONAL.

  4. Great interview and a nice format (and setting) for it, too👍! The next few seasons are sure going to be VERY exciting and interesting ones for Red Wings fans everywhere😁. Let's Go Red Wings🏒🎯!

  5. Theodor Neiderbach is playing on the same team as William Wallinder next season and the same team that Mo played for before he went over to the NHL

  6. A great Edmonton Oiler! Didn't have a clue that he was assistant GM of the Red Wings.

  7. Shawn! Are you watching? It may happening again. '06 "may" be seeing a rematch, if the stars align :O

Horcoff, all heart when he was a player. Seems to be all brains after being a player too. Think you're in goods moving forward, Detroit. Yzerman and Horcoff, will right the ship.

  8. So at one point it is mentioned that it’s official Edvinsson is coming to North America next season. It’s shot down almost immediately when Shawn is asked if this means NHL for Simon next season (this is the expected.) However, Horcoff then goes on to say the left side D spots are set in GR next season in Sebrango, McIsaac, and Johansson. He also mentioned Viro and Barton…I think he showed his hand here without even knowing he did so. Edvinsson is skipping the GR assignment and coming straight to Motown let’s go!

  9. 2022-2023 line-up?

    Bertuzzi Larkin Raymond
    Vrana Andreasson Berggren
    Fabbri Suter Zadina
    Rasmussen Veleno Sundqvist
    Stephens, Erne, Smith

    Edvidsson Seider
    Walman Hronek
    Oesterle Lindstrom

    Nedeljkovic
