yeah Toronto and Tampa use a very similar if not the same model horn. in fact a lot of teams share same models of horns, like Buffalo, Nashville and Washington. all 3 of those teams use the Kahlenberg F-3 model for their horn.

Torontos horn is a deeper tone than tampa bays. Honestly this sounds more like Toronto's horn.
