If you draw a rectangle around them, I think the rectangle is centered. It’s just both have very asymmetrical « jut » that make the emblem center not the center of the rectangle shape it’s sitting in.

Having built graphics for the NHL last season, The DAL logo is not off center. The background color is the same as the outer border so you aren’t seeing the outer border here. That logo is also hella lopsided in general. The COL logo could be moved up and to the left a little bit but that is another lopsided logo. The weight all sits on the right side.

They may be mathematically centered, but not optically centered. Often a rookie graphic design mistake or a very overworked designer who couldn’t afford more than 30 seconds to make the graphic.
