The Jets aren't riding Hellebuyck so much this year, that's the encouraging thing. In regards to scoring, they also have a player called Nikolaj Ehlers whom you may have heard of who has been injured for almost the entire season so far. And yet the Jets are still winning.
In any case, Winnipeg is used to being forgotten by the rest of the country. In fact, we kind of prefer it that way 😎
I live in Winnipeg the Jets beat Colorado once this season yes they aren't as Good but if they make the playoffs they will Go a long way this season
LOL. It’s funny that St Louis can have a 7 game losing streak , Nashville lost 7 outta 8 and it’s no problem. Seems really hard for anyone here to give the Jets any props at all. Sure this team has a Vezina winning goalie who is playing like he wants it again. But even though they are without Ehlers…they have 6 players with more than 10 points in 14 games. St Louis and Minnesota have only 4 players, Nashville and Chicago just has 3 players ….and that’s with 15 games played. So ya it’s a long season and injuries can happen…BUT comeon now. Your analysis is about as sketchy as it comes 🥴🥴🥱
i was abouut to get angry at you for not giving the jets credit where its due; but its pretty much totally right. also major respect for acknowlegding that 2018 WCF MAF ruined the Jets (and its been kinda downhill since then)

The Jets have a new coach that has instilled a new defensive philosophy and it’s already paying off. Let’s hope they can keep it going
Honestly Hellebuyck hasnt even been putting in hard work. A lot of the shots hes saving are just average, everyday, no chance shots. He has definitely stole a few games for us so far, but most of the Jets wins have been genuine full team 60 minute efforts. Also, to say that the west has been snake bitten with a hard schedule realistically puts the Jets higher than trying to put them down because theyve took that tough schedule and made it look simple. Seriously. The boys are back in town on this one
