Ive wanted Luke Schenn to go back to the Leafs for the last 5-6 seasons, hes basically what the team has so badly needed in that time, and most teams hes been on havent really appreciated him as much as that leafs fan base would.

Moving Walker would allow Durzi to shift back to the right or open a spot for one of Clarke or Spence. Björnfot could be recalled to play on the left side or King's may be looking for another top 4 defender.
Roy could be moved, but there aren't many scenarios where Roy gets moved & the King's defense improves.

Horvat would be a great addition to the Blue Jackets. Would make sense. But what would he sign for? If they would get him for 8 years at 7 or 7.5 mill, that would be good. Maybe something like: Kent Johnson + a 10-top protected 1st round pick for Horvat might work. If CBJ pick in 2023 is in top-10, then Vancouver gets 2024 1st instead.

I am pretty sure Vancouver has buyer's remorse with JT Miler, not the $'s but the term. Looking at OEL, it's clear that a long term deal with Horvat would not make sense.
Kent Johnson and Nyquist for Horvat seems like a fair enough trade. I suppose Horvat would have to be committed to signing a long term deal with Columbus before that happens, though.
