It seems as though every time there's a goal against the leafs it's always Justin Holl being absolutely brutal defensively. Giordano didn't have a great game either but I'm sure playing with that liability doesn't help.

The thing about having Matthews and Nylander on the same line is they can responsibly, create offence and both have a shot that can beat a goalie even off a low % chance shot. If Mathews is off Marner loses his space to create because his shot-making is average
