Sucks to take such a big step back after their playoff run last year. I’m sure they were betting on young guys like Jan Mysak making a bigger impact than 1 point in 15 games
Unfortunate to see them struggle this much.
Watched a couple of games recently. When you look statistically, you might think Primeau is the problem. In reality, the defense is horrible. I found that Norlinder especially is a mess, don’t see any NHL upside with him. Last night, I think 4 of the 6 goals against were scored on the powerplay.
The wrong team is tanking it seems…
Houle has got to be on thin ice at this point, especially considering he wasn’t a HuGo hire.

Fredericton Canadiens?! Y’know, maybe that’s why there’s so many Habs fans here.
Most of our prospects looked great till they join Rockect, ex: Brook, Norlinder, Mysak, Primeau, Poehling, etc.
We are partially the one to blamed too, because we tend to way over-rate our prospects. They aren’t as good as you believe. I’ve learnt that lesson 2-3 years ago, after following the team for more than 2 decades.

Xavier Ouellet not being there anymore is like when we lost Weber. The defense is horrible and they are taking costly penalties all the time. Beaudin took 3 or 4 of them last time and he’s isn’t helping the D either.
