I think 19.3% is a full game low for the Leafs this year.

Down 3 D, potted 2 early, bent but didn’t break.
Not perfect. Doesn’t have to be. This is what you need to see from the buds.
Playing with thier 4th 5th 7th 8th and 13th D for most of the game. They played pretty awesome. Even when they changed strategy and went turtle mode with a 2 goal lead on the road. Didn’t give up a ton of great chances. Impressive win with that lineup.
3 disallowed goals? I don’t blame the Jersey fans for showering the ice with garbage, even if 2/3 were arguably not goals, I don’t think I’ve ever seen that many turned back. I do think the kicking the puck rule is ridiculous and that goal should have counted. If the concern is safety, maybe don’t allow a player to lift their skate off the ice to score, but these calls are really inconsistent, and we’ve been on the wrong side of those for sure. As a Leafs fan, wow, what a game. Quite a rollercoaster. Murray was amazing and we hung in there despite a depleted D core. If Murray and Samsonov can stay healthy, we’re in better shape than I had thought going into the season and I may owe Dubas an apology.
How is it every time I look at one of these the leafs have a sub 35% chance of winning. And it’s not like I only look after losses
