Feeling the heat or not, it’s not like they can do anything at this point. Many people including the organization had a delusional belief in this team when the flaws obvious in August are what’s hampering this team.
The last thing Ottawa needs to do is make a stupid trade. The entire core of their team isn't even in their prime yet. Yes I understand that expectations were high but you have to be patient.
Hi. If youre someone that has some extra penny to share to a random internet stranger, I hope you have some time to check my about section. Im so sorry, Im just truly, madly, desperately in need of help. Whatever help I can get would be truly appreciated. Even prayers and kind words will do. ❤️
I just think if they can convince Giroud for one last bad season and promise the players one last bad season, and also promise to go all in next season……tanking this season to get a shot at Bedard would be worth it. Ottawa hasnt had a first pick since the early 90s despite being so bad for so many years. If they can be bad one last season and finally snag a generational talent for the franchise to build around for the next decade and a half……its worth one last losing season. They are already in a tough spot and on the backfoot to make a run, giving up assets to fix it doesnt make sense when a guy like Bedard might be a play. I dont want to lose Giroud or anyone important through selling, but again, Bedard might be worth it. I think they should try and sell off some of the extra cap and weight, these guys cant put it together, so keeping them wouldnt hurt the tank imo based on the first bit of the season. If the players are on board for one last tank, and they promise big moves next off-season……I think its worth it.
Sorry to say but Ottawa is not a playoff team.. there still years out from that.. there so young and have no defence and questionable goal tending. As a sens fan I’m just being realistic

Bro I was expecting Ottawa to do so good this year
The analytics say they arent terrible. They have terrible luck. But, These guys gotta have negative stuff to talk about for clicks and views.

Stats say they aren't that bad. Just they have bad luck and injuries.
