While the meme is pretty funny, On 32 thoughts podcast, Eliot Freedman said that he asked around if there is a stat on nets coming off easier in some buildings, and he was told that it is in fact a thing. Apparently, NJ and Wilds arenas are among those buildings where the net is coming off easier than average across the league.
So there is that.
