I’m in Calgary and all the oilers and flames fan chirped me because we couldn’t afford to resign Jack. Love the man to pieces and wish him nothing but the best but good thing we didn’t sign him to that deal. (Captain obvious I know)

I think Soupy has always been broken. Hope he fixes it one day, but not with Edmonton.

Jack’s greatest enemy is always himself. Edmonton didn’t break him. He was already broken. He’s a real good guy, a class act all the way, but he has this glitch in his mentality that holds him back. I wish him all the luck in the world, but I think he needs more than luck. He needs ‘a survival of the fittest’ attitude.
