Akhtyamov rocked a .955 in November, for a .941 season total. This season he’s put up 3 shutouts and a 14-6-1 record. At only 21, and with a WJC appearance under his belt, could Akhtyamov be the homegrown goalie talent we haven’t had in years? Who knows, but if you can’t dream now, when can you?
