  1. Robert Thomas lived with the Tkachuk family for a while, in light of the big extension, what are the odds the Blues move Tarasenko to make cap room and Matthew Tkachuk joins them? A chance to play beside Thomas who is both a great playmaker and personal friend.

  2. Columbus signing 29 year old Gaudreau for 7 years really makes no sense unless Laine is leaving. I am sure he would want close to the same money to sign long term. Either that or they dump Voracek contract.

  3. I feel like the last three years the canes and sens have made the most big moves and no success has came from it yet

  4. Rangers fans call him STrome Trooper because he can't score but 5M is a bargain compared to Fiala 8M to LA hehe. Knights ditch 7M in cap to spend 5M on Smith showing why nobody can stand franchise :). I'm just glad Kings didn't sign Zadarov can't stand him he would just get suspended. Kasha reminds me of a bust Islanders traded for years ago heh. Johansson is nice to keep on CApitals. I think CBJ only has like 3 or 4M so Laine will cost like 7M. LAK should trade Roy along with Arvy for him that would be like 7.250M to offset his cost. I would even throw in JAD who is another bust hehe. I'll be surprised if same 8 teams make Playoffs for East as last year. Who misses out or gets in heh. CBJ, Detroit, Senators not Islanders hehe.

  5. I think Jenner will get the first opportunity at Center for that line if they indeed put Laine and Gaudreau together

  6. Would absolutely LOVE a line of Gaudreau-Cole-Laine or JG-KJ (Kent Johnson)-Patty…(funny tidbit, either Johnny or KJ would have to change numbers. I personally kind of wanna see KJ change to 15 or something)

Now, however, the biggest issue is making sure Patrik’s deal gets done. Both sides want long-term, but after both Gaudreau and Gudbranson signed (and good lord that Erik deal is…not fun), Jarmo only has $3M in space to work with. I can see Nyquist moving at minimum, but Bemstrom and Blankenburg also need contracts…so…GMJK work your magic! Go Jackets!

  7. Ryan Strome is there to be the experienced guy that the youngsters will learn from.

Did Vegas seriously throw away Pacioretty for nothing just to keep Smith?! WTF?!

  8. Don't be mean now Shannon and come with some statement that is logical, ofc insert playername only sign with insert teamname that is not my favorite team solely because they want to screw over my favorite team, there can't be any other reason what so ever for it 😀

  9. If kase can stay healthy he is worth twice what he signed for. The guy is one big hit away from the retirement lazy-boy. The last concussion he suffered looked like it was a bad one.

  10. Like the moves as a ducks fan. But I still don‘t get not signing Milano

  11. Regular season hockey is amazing!! Can’t compare it with the playoffs where players are willing to die to win, but regular season hockey is still top notch every game and following stats

  12. Wow @ Carolina! They've now got a much different and scary looking team. Trocheck was great for them but they've made up for losing him. They've got to be the front runner in the east next year. Tampa is still no slouch but I think Carolina did as best as they could. Major props to their management team for going out there and making the changes to get them over the hump.

  13. Really hoped Boston would find a way and unload Coyle and Foligno, then sign the brothers Strome (with cap space to spare). They need to move forward, let 2019 go and allow Bergeron to join the front office or coaching staff.

  14. IMO, Kadri thinks more highly of himself than other teams. All these signings, and yet nothing for him. He might have to limp back to Colorado.

  15. Maybe Columbus could trade for some older and bigger center to play with Laine and Gaudreau. Someone like Jay Beagle from Arizona

  16. I'm not sure why people keep saying that it's an overpay for Strome. That is much less than I expected him to get as a Rangers fan. Great signing for the Ducks

  17. I wish the Canes would stop signing injury-plagued players. They keep shopping at the bargain bin.

  18. Letting Kase walk is a bit baffling. I understand the health, concussion risks but if he's healthy he's amazing value, if not, he's likely on ltir, right? Why didn't Toronto hold on to him?

  19. I would keep Laine with Voracek, centered by Sillinger in the second line.
Line one would be Johnny and Bjorkstrand , centered by Jenner
Third line would be Chinakov, Texier, Nyquist
    Fourth line Danforth, Kuraly, Johnson
But those lines have a ton of interchangeable parts. Notice I leave off Roslovic assuming we make a trade to clear cap space.

  20. 1st line center for cbj should be someone like bergeron since they have high offense wingers. Which one of Columbus centers has solid 2 way prowess?

  21. Flames didn’t just lose Gaudreau, they also lost Gudbranson. I think part of what made Gudbranson so successful last year was how he and Zadorov played together and vice versa. Now neither has that and it will be interesting to see if they can continue that growth with new D partners or if they regress into the incomplete players they used to be.

  22. I'm a huge ranger's fan and I'm so glad to see Strome go to another team. It was more than the missed shot to be honest and I wish the guy the best overall. Another thing for all you new watchers. This is the best NHL channel on YouTube. I've been around a few diff channels, and no one posts videos as often or as quickly as this guy here. THG knows his shit and yall!!

  23. The CBJ better put someone on that line that can play both sides of the puck or they will give up more goals than they score.

  24. I just want the Pens to do something, ANYTHING, to improve the team. Everyone around us is getting better, and we’re stuck with the same team that got eliminated from the first round for 4 years now.

  25. My Canes did well but did not address a big issue. They did nothing to get tougher. The Canes are lacking toughness and team swalk all over tem in the playoffs!

  26. Still can’t figure out why the Rangers signed two goalies and only Trotcek. To me the got worse. Hopefully these kids step it up

  27. You know what's ironic? Now I want the timestamps, to remove the guesswork from trying to skip through this video after changing devices but having the "save watch time" feature glitch out on me in the process…
