As we should. Ultimately I can’t imagine there being a fit though.
Of course he did. It’s a player on the canucks lol. In all seriousness if we pull the trigger on a trade it should be for someone with speed. Our team is slow enough as is.
Doesn’t shock me, as it’s been made public the team is looking for help at forward. However, I’m not sure if Boeser would be the best option considering his cap hit and recent struggles. I think it would be a bit of a gamble to take him, and I would rather go for someone that is a slam dunk if we’re going to make a trade.
If he can get healthy he is the perfect person for Huby to be feeding passes to on the first line.
What would a trade even look like for the guy? Vancouver needs defence and we seem to have an extra one at the moment. Hard part would be trying to clear cap space for us at the moment.
Granted I think that if we have to use our first overall pick we will need someone with a lot more value and less risk.
