They should acquire Nino Neidereiter (sp). He can add additional depth along with Palat and Haula.
Once apon a time in addition to JT Miller & Vlad Tarasenko there were rumors of a Timo Meier trade. I think that would be a great move to make with a sharks team that is in flux right now.
I bet Ruff has already told Fitz that he is retiring from coaching after this season.
I would like to develop Mercer as a center but Haula brings veteran leadership to the 3rd line, similar to what Zajac provided to Sharangovich and Janne, which is needed at this stage. I'm sure they will mix it up and it will be interesting to see how Mercer does this year when he does center that 3rd line. Question for you, Is it a given that Mccloud will center Wood and Bastian? Could they try McCloud on wing?
I feel Kind of content with the Team, as it is. As long as our big names can stay healthy, i think we could hang with the big boys

Ty smith traded. Crazy how fallen out of favor he became. Remember before he made his debut the excitement around him. Him and jack are best friends too so I hope this doesn’t effect jacks attiftude about the club. I worry about when langenbrunner was traded parise was upset and that made him want to leave.
Maybe Wright or Cooley would've worked out ok for a year or 2 on a 3rd line but who's staying there after year 2? Those aren't 3rd line centers, nor or hughes or nico. Cooley and Wright would've also been rookies, where we need some veterans and grit.
Palat’s first year with the lightning(12/13) they were rebuilding. So I think he’ll be used to turning it around
I think devils need to trade Johnsson asap to the coyotes/hawks for future considerations so we have more space to sign Nino
They should have traded the first round picks and got players obviously now trading zacha and Ty smith wasting chances for faster fix

Unfortunately JG was an inch away from signing with us but then Columbus came in and Johnny hockey said himself that Columbus saved him because he did not want to play in New Jersey It sucks we lost him but knowing he didn’t want to play here I am glad we didn’t get him
I would trade Severson and Sharangovich along with Holtz or a foote even throwing in our second round bag if we put in the first then you are one of the two top guys to Calgary for tkachuk
I think Miles wood needs a new home When he was signed for 4 years and Coleman was given 3 I was baffled Miles Wood is not consistent in any aspect even when healthy
