  1. Deep rooted issues with this team. And Darnell Nurse being the number 1 defenseman is an absolute nightmare and it's literally devastating to the entire team. Worse contract and number 1 d in the entire NHL. It's that bad.

  2. Tyson Berry on the PK is a guaranteed breakaway or odd man Rush for the other team. Oilers had 2 many floaters to win this one. Skinner first star imo. Common Holland..

  3. That game was just messy! Too many missed coverages to mention, passing was in guys skates all night, soft net front presence again, and Poo looked so slow tonight! This score was flattering!

  4. Maybe if Hyman hadn’t got a stick in the face from fleury we might have tied the game!…the league better look at that high stick done intentionally by fleury!

  5. "Kris Russell was Exceptional". That's right David. Well said. People seem to now be pretending that Russell didn't want to resign here anyway, which is the opposite of what Russell himself said. But the Larson/Russell hate crowd got there wish, and the Oilers are now far less stable on the D. 30 years of seeing that happen in Etown got old 29 yrs ago. What solid player will they demand to run out next I wonder?

  6. I love it how Kirk won’t be pushed to call him Broberry… he called him that young fella. I love it. Makes David look like the arrogant guy he is. What a beauty
    David Stapleberry

  7. The Oilers need to trade Jack Campbell.

Jack Campbell is to expensive to be sitting on the bench as a back up goaltender.

  8. close. yes Holloway does have more upside than Yama Foegele & Pulju. shame that Bouch & Brob do not seem to know how to get in a relevant position – Bouch just tends to get pulled away to the corners leaving the slot open. yes on Skinner!!!

  9. The Oilers had 14 ES shots all game. This is a powerplay merchant team lol

  10. great comments re Russell, Larsson, Keith. The gamble on Bouch/Brob (MurrayNieme…) -they don't think the game/constant Errors on positioning.. unfortunately & that is not likely to change. But lots of positives. Thaanks

  11. JP is a positive for the team. Great 3rd liner that can play up the lineup if needed. Remember he's still young. and he'll be a bargain contract for length. Hell get that edge from watching Kane play. Go Bison King Go!!!

  12. Oilers were dominated 5 on 5 and the penalty kill on the Wild was so much more active than the Oilers PK….. I was shocked watching the Wild 4 guys on PK make the Oilers 5 guys seem outmanned and completely scrambling….. I was thrilled the Oilers lost by only 1 as I had em +1.5 in a parlay but I did not expect it ~…. Skinner played quite well… he is our future starter to bank on…. Jesse P was sluggish all game IMO… his head doesn't seem to be in the game. How did this kid get so on the outside of this team and the game of hockey in general… he is merely going thru the motions.

  13. Oilers did not play hard enough throughout 60 minutes… were outworked throughout. Pretty odd given the fact that Minnesota had played between their last 2 games.😡

  14. The Wild is a fast team moving the puck effectively out of their zone and seems all lines have speed and dish the puck around tape to tape. They played solid defensive hockey and shut the Oil down. Well off to Nashville.

  15. it was a case of old men against young boys. the wild had way more energy and grit . skinner prevented a real embarrassment

  16. David staples should watch doctor Charlie ward a little bit before he promotes his agenda of vaccine That he was always trying to promote

  17. Enough with Kris Russell the guy played a whooping 31 games last year and David makes him out like he was our defensive savior.
