  1. Rangers have not sorted out their top six. They DO not have a top six right winger. They have Kakko , who IMO is not a top six right wing that can score 25 plus goals a year, Lafrenierre woh may still be able to be a top six guy however he is a left winger not a right winger, they have Othman who is going to be a star IMO but he too is a left winger. They need a top six right winger who can play with Mika or on second line with panerin. Imagine if they had a 30 plus goal scorer to play ther. They have plenty of bottom six players and they have played well they just arent top six guys whether its Vesey, Goodrow, Gautier etc.

  2. It was a great win last night guy showed a lot of character coming back but there's still a lot to clean up too many turnovers too many two-on-ones the Rangers again they need a left side of defenseman and they need to get themselves right wing that can score more they do not have enough scoring depth on this team. They make too many mistakes in the zone and they spend too much time in it face-offs have to improve…. Gap play has to improve power play has to improve stop looking for one timers all the time try to tic-tac-toe some plays move around without the talk penalty killing is up there in the league however I don't like the soft box that the Rangers play at times I also don't like the fact that they don't attack the puck carrier and allow teams to walk over their blue line you need to make that player dump the puck in so that the players can get it out quickly stop allowing teams to set up and if you're going to do that then your gaps between the defenseman and your forwards have got to be better but it was an exciting win last night it was nice to see the kids score

  3. I agree with your statements about Ranger coaches but Messier would be a dream come true coach, I think… Why has that never happened? He was the GOAT captain so why does he not get a shot at coaching? Could you do an episode on that question? 🙂

  4. I'm not one of those people. First, I was pleased with All Coaches that you mentioned. AV got The Rangers to The Stanley Cup Finals. DQ got A Bad Team to be Competitive in All But A Few Games. GG got Rangers 2 Games Away From The Stanley Cup Finals. Also, Torts And Renney were Very Good. Second, Many Rangers Fans don't realize that This Team Is Not Last Year's Team. About 8-9 Players That Were On This Team Last Year Are On Other Teams Now. Third & Finally, Upper Management, In Connection With The Change In Personnel, Made The Mistake, In Believing That LaF, Kakko, and The Other Kids, Playing More (as All Of These Fans Believed), and, Therefore Would Replace The Players That Left – Vatrano, Copp, Strome, and Others. Therefore, GG is Working With These Players, That Are A Near Completely Team (One-Third New Players And Players Who Are Playing In Different Roles). Let me know what you think and if you agree with me.

  5. If the R.angers had drafted Hughes, and he started his career under Quinn, he'd be exactly where Kakko and LaF are today.

  6. I agree 100% about not wanting the Rangers playing Trotz style hockey. But, for once, I'd like to see a coach who puts the development of our first round talent over the fear of short term losses. Look at how doing that has paid off for the Devils.
