A lot of streaky-slumpy teams this year.
They have an elite roster at the top but I’m still not sold on the bottom half as being sufficient to put them over the top, and goaltending needs better long-term consistency.
Well, the only way to know is when the playoffs gets going.
The elite teams wins when it matters the most….
DK, as a native Western Pennsylvanian who lives near NYC let me thank you for your approach to these Daily Shots and maintaining an honest perspective vs. being sensationalist (like the writers at one particular paper that shall go unnamed). Your quality of reporting may not drive clicks like the others, but it creates a level of appreciation and loyalty in your audience. You’re my go-to source on my old hometown teams I still follow and root for for that very reason.
