Shannon I effin hate clickbait too. I can't stand it in articles especially twitter and yahoo and politics. They take a part of the story and put it as the headline and then when you read the article its completely out of context as to what the headline implied and what actually happened.
People know that most people read headlines and share an article before they read it or even bother to read it.
It's very terrible unethical behavior on all sides doing it.
Click bait and misleading headlines, like the Sportsnet article you mentioned, drive me crazy. I really appreciate that you stay away from click bait, despite the allure of a potential increase in views. I think it shows a lot of integrity, and that is admirable.

Just say no to clickbait. There are a few websites that I refuse to click on anymore because of too many clickbait headlines. The Spun is certainly one of them.

Dont change. You do a fantastic job. Your honest and you approach your videos with a sense of honesty, integrity, slight levity and humor, and with a real passion and love for the game. I've been following Vancouver and Toronto I think it's great that Mitch Mariner gets into this team history 👍 I think coach boudreaux is in a bit of a pickle. He's got a team that sometimes over performs and then sometimes underperforms. It could come down to conditioning to play the schedule.
The Maple Leafs generate enough drama that you don't need to clickbait them. Even if it were another market, though, that only works in the short-term – eventually, that becomes a good way to drive away your audience instead.
One of the main reasons I watch you is you have morals and integrity with your content. When there's a clickbait misleading title it's just dishonest and a petty way to get views.

Supposedly professional media degrading themselves by using clickbait makes me foam at the mouth with rage… At the same time I suppose it's a handy way to quickly recognize crap content producers.

Now there are no 1st Rnd Preds picks on the roster, which speaks volumes about Poile's drafting ability, especially in terms of the offensive talent that has consistently eluded this franchise for much of its existence. Letting Tolvy walk for nothing in return is pure BS…count em…there are SIX drafted Preds on the roster…out of 14 drafts…not one in the 1st round. That's pure fking incompetence!!! Watch this kid go off to have his best years elsewhere like a Hartnell or Fiala.
You trust your business instincts. Your model of covering the whole league as impartially as possible appeals to your base, which includes the crowd in the cheap seats and real hockey fans who don't attend many games. Do some lists, we'll watch. You show respect to fans and so you get respect.
