What a treat the top line and power play are this year. It’s definitely a treat to watch this team on offense. If the goaltending remains this solid and we can stop getting pissed on by the hockey gods with these injuries on D, we can break the drought.
Good game to the Yotes though. They aren’t much on talent but they play tough. I can see why they have beaten some top teams.

The Sabres responded to the 1-0 deficit on the road admirably. Overall, all three periods we played well against a team who can stun at home. Great to see that Jeff Skinner is just picking himself right back up after the unfortunate events against Pittsburgh. Oh, and ANOTHER GWG for Tage Thompson! Gotta love it!
