What would you be ready to offer for Devon Levi?
Not sure why Buffalo would do this? Do they have another young goalie?

I mean yeah obviously I want him but
1. Why would Buffalo do that, they think Ukko-Pekka is gonna be their starter for the next decade ? Idk if he’s shown enough yet.
2. Would cost a hefty price. If I’m Buffalo I’m not even answering if it doesn’t start with an A-level F (Farrell, Mesar) or D (Hutson, Mailloux) prospect or a 1st round pick who’s top 15. And that’s the starting price. Not saying I would do it, but that’s the price Buffalo should look for
Ok let’s have some fun, for Levi i would trade
– 2023 2nd ( wich will be a high second )
– Primeau ( prospect goalie for prospect goalie)
– one of our F prospect ( Heineman, Roy)
– one of our D prospect ( Norlinder, Leskinen, Engstrom, Shueneman)
They lose 1 guy and replenish their prospect pipeline.
Joke’s aside, i do not think they will let Levi go besides accepting a trade we would not be willing to make.
It wouldnt shock me if its was more of a general discussion about all the goalies as Buffalo has multiple guys (levi, Portillo, Luukkonen, Leinonen) who seem to have starter potential
As a Sabres fan, I do not see this happening. Levi has joined GMKA in suites for games and communication has seemed very good between his camp and the Sabres. Rights to Portillo, though? Now that’s a possibility for a mid or later round pick.
Kidney could make sense for him. High potential C but low floor. Kind of a fitting price for a goalie since theyre less of a certain thing
Getting Levi would be deadly but you’d have to give a lot to Buffalo
