What will the Bruins fan from good old Germany remember from this game? Some very European comparisons. Scheifele's goal was as sharp as cutting a Franconian Schäufele into little pieces. Hellebuyck's 1st period glove save against Pasta was like pulling spaghetti out of boiling water with bare hands. The 1:2 goal was rather billiards than hockey, and surely a 'fluke'. And in the end: Mentality proved like Germany in the soccer World Cup final in 1954 (the 'Miracle of Bern') with exactly the same pattern: 3:2 after a 0:2. Job done.

I don't even blame the goalie at 3:40. Not only was the bounce incredibly unlucky, even if he does get back into position, he still has to deal with David Pastrnak by himself. That's just not fair lol.
