The L.A. Kings need a young Drew Doughty. They need a Cale Makar. They need an excellent defenseman.
All I can say is let’s make it to the playoffs however we can hopefully improving from there I think we can go all the way. GKG😊
This kings are playing great good test tonight
The kings and maybe bill ranford have a reputation for boosting a goalie to the next level then losing him soon after. Bernier, Scrivens, Jones, Campbell are all examples. None of those guys had great careers after leaving LA but the kings did get some value out of most of those guys in trades. Copley might end up going that route if Petersen returns, does well, and squeezes starts away from him.
I think Copley is gonna b a flash in the pan he is not the answer I don't know who is but I think the kings need to keep looking for a future goaltender especially if Peterson don't come around but as always GKG 👍😎

Kings unlike last year been mostly fortunate when playing teams like depleted Knights and Avs. Glad Gabe got 16th Goal of Season along with Iafallo 6th. Though having Bobblefield drag down the PP that needs to be effective is not logical. HE is garbage low event player not skilled who could not even play 10 minutes tonight as Stutzle got like his 13th Goal or 12 or so hehe. Cal not an animated competitive guy but stuck with him least another year probably. I think Kings system or style elevates weaker teams especially if have PP. Not as bad as Kraken with like 68% PK heh. Bjugstad guy I wanted to trade for got 8th Goal while Chychrun his 4th. I'd trade Byfield for them even Turcotte as neither of them are top 6 or NHL level players hehe. Copley is 2 to 5M range at his age and experience. Maybe 3 years 10M but Blake will give him 4 years 20M. I could see if paid Darcy 5M a year after winning Cup with eye issue but not The CAlTanic.
Lemieux comes back from injury only to get benched for Grundstram to play 3 minutes. Kelly Hrudey Best Kings Goalie in History haha. Especially if did not have Mono in SCF would have easily won it. Anybody that can get there with Barry Melrose as Head Coach is best LA Goalie ever haha. Quick would not even make it out of Reading Railroad heh. Turning somebody into a Kings fan is akin to turning into Vampire or Werewolf. Its a Curse not a Blessing haha. Especially these days with all digital ads on boards or needing apps to see with BS issues too. Females tend to not like sports or video games or things guys are into for a reason. Maybe you should find a dude haha. Besides Womens Gear tends to cost like 30 to 50 for flimsy T shirt. Especially that one from Whose The Boss her items would be ultra expensive. Can't think of her name only that she is a Puck Bunny who been around many lockerooms along with that Vampire movie.
I'll admit I never seen a stick as small as Byfield. Even when I played Street Hockey it was like around my shoulders or so. Lacrosse limits stick lengths or how many long ones can have. Willie Mitchell would use a max length 63 inch stick. I notice he pulls up on the puck too. So will shank it by going over net. There is a reason he has like 5 SOG in 10 games. Helenius plays with a long stick so has reach and range. QB is so hunched over he is smaller than Lizzy Burden making him easy to knock down or injure. IF he was effective playing with it scoring it might be one thing. I'd tell him if wants to be in Pro League has to change to max size stick alter skating style to use size not lose it. When first saw him play I couldn't place what was wrong haha. Funny part is he even chokes up on the stick to make it smaller. Phoenix starting to cool off so gotta pad all points can to stay in top 8. Even Colorado I think has 5 games at hand on LAK. Either way with the current roster don't see team getting past 1st or 2nd round. Playing about 3 to 5 guys especially forwards like 20 to 22 minutes a game. Even against teams with depleted rosters its adding up heh. I'm sure when LAK was Winning Jennings often Boston Bruins they had a good Goal Differential :).
Hey Eddie thanks for featuring my email – after the win tonight Copley is really solidified as THAT guy for me and a Copley/Petersen duo seems likely. Loving the Kings play and I need a Copley jersey ASAP
